These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Bibliophile mobile application and related services (the "App"), provided by Pink Flamingo Interactive ("we," "our," or "us"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
You may use the App as a guest or by creating an account with email and password, Sign in with Apple, or Google. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own personal, non-commercial purposes.
Bibliophile offers an optional auto-renewing subscription ("Bibliophile Premium") that unlocks additional features such as AI-powered recommendations, cross-device sync, and shareable lists.
The App lets you create content such as your library, reading progress, ratings, and lists ("Your Content"). You retain ownership of Your Content. You grant us a limited license to store, display, and process Your Content solely to operate and provide the App, including syncing it across your devices and generating recommendations.
If you choose to share a list, you are responsible for the content you make available. You must not upload or share content that is unlawful, infringing, or objectionable. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
Certain features (such as the Librarian) use artificial intelligence to generate book recommendations and related content. AI output may be inaccurate or incomplete and is provided for informational purposes only. Use your own judgment when relying on it.

The App, including its design, features, and branding, is owned by Pink Flamingo Interactive and protected by intellectual property laws. Book metadata and cover images are provided by third parties and remain the property of their respective owners.
The App relies on third-party services (including Google Books for book data, and providers for authentication, payments, analytics, crash reporting, and AI features). Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pink Flamingo Interactive will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of the App. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.
You may stop using the App at any time and may delete your account from within the App. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date and, where appropriate, notify you in the App. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
